Run Hide Survive Achievement cheat for Alien: Isolation on Xbox 360
Cheat:
To easily get the “Hide. Run. Survive” achievement, you must walk and crouch to avoid making noise once the Alien drops from the vents in Mission 5: “The Quarantine.” Keep an eye on it with the motion tracker. Go to Room A-29 and search the body there to get the keycard. Leave the area. If the Alien ever notices you, pause and start the mission over.
