This is pretty obvious, but might help some of you nonetheless.
Sniping isn't that easy - the bullet goes lower the farther it goes.
So when you snipe remember to aim a little higher from your target and you will have a better chance of hitting what you want and where you want.
Practice also makes perfect in this case!
