You can get the security bots to fight for you rather than against you quite easily.
If you goto the bot shutdown panel by the vending machine, hack the vending machine but while doing so make sure you get the marker to stop in the red. This will bring the bots to you.
Now move to the shutdown panel and flick the switch.
Now move to the deactivated security bot and hack it. You can have upto two of these bad boys with you at once!
