Cheat:
To do this go to the second set of crates and pick up the launcher that will be there.
Then wait until the Sarge yells "tank" or "halftrack".
All you need to do then is blow it away - sure beats getting killed trying to put the dynamite on, and if you run out of ammo, you can simply go back and get some more.
