Set up on Shipment (old school), unlimited time and whatever else you want.
Change clan tag to this "@", then tell the host to start. During the countdown hit OK so @ is your clan tag.
There will be a stack of crates next to 2 dumpsters. Jump on the closest dumpster and on the out of bounds wall there are more crates. Jump on them, then jump and in the air hit the back button. Have your friend knife you after you stop breathing, heavily knife again . Knife about 30 times, more or less, depending on how far you go.
After have your friend spectate you and hit the back button, you should fly up. Try to land on the truck with the water tower or on the boxes next to the shopping cart.
