If you start from the bulldozer and face the construction building, go around the fence to the left and go all the way down and go to the right.
There you should see a dumpster, jump on top of it and sprint jump over the fence.
From there you go to the left and fall down into the blackness, keep running until you fall again.
You should fall forever now. Fall for bout 5 minutes.
Then switch teams. You should now be invisible to anyone and everyone else!
