To beat this first you have to skip the guy coming out the bathroom, next shoot the guy with the shotgun, flash though the door,after you clear the first room sprint to the right.
Throw a flash and sprint to the the wood railing, hide there reload, then when you go up stairs turn left, flash run past all the guys flashed, you will see some flash grenades grab them reload.
Then there is a hallway through a flash shoot and run, once you get to the end of the hallway there will be two guys on the left, be quick to shoot them - one has a shotgun and one has a p90.
When you see the doors run to them and when the doors both open aim at the guys head and shoot but make sure you are accurate.
After that walk or jog forward, there is a door on the left. Wait for it to open and then jump and sky dive to safety, but don't get mad if you don't get it the 3rd or 4th time - it took me about about a hour!
