This requires you to have all of the intel and as far as I know works only on one mission.
On Warpig, the mission where you play as the marine and you go through the streets with the tank (Warpig) look around for an ally with an M16A4 grenadier.
Wait until he dies, or wait until he gets next to a car and blow it up or something. Find a way for him to die (sometimes if I fire blindly I can hit him).
Once he dies, grab his M16A4 grenadier weapon, turn on infinite ammo, then click to your grenade launcher and fire.
Hold down the trigger and it fires ridiculously fast.
This might not work on an updated game. Mine is not updated.
