Super Jump

For the super you must have a friend set up a private match.

Here are the rules for the match: free-for-all, oldschool mode, radar on (if preferred), max health double, health regeneration fast, unlimited time, and unlimited score.

When the match is ready, change your clan tag to an inappropriate word, or something it doesn't accept, but dont press start.

Tell your friend to start the match and tell him to tell you when its counting down.

Press start there. Press the back button one time and it will show a message, just hit the back button again and dont press it until needed.

Now find a spot to get out of the map with or on something, get near it than if you pressed the back button early you jump and press it again while in air.

Your screen will now be black with a message dont press anything yet, have your friend knife you one time than wait until your guy stops breathing heavily and have him do it some more until you think you can make the glitch.

Then have your friend spectate or it will not work and press back you will fly in the air and now you must land on something that you wont get hurt on.

It doesn't always work but try it on different maps its awesome!
