Look at the front of the house, jump on the railing of the downstairs balcony. Line up your aiming reticle with the upstairs deck (not the upstairs railing, just below that at the deck level). Jump. You will climb upstairs, you will have to jump the railing and then crouch to get past the roof.
Bottom of drivway, garage with giant hole in roof; get on the piles of wood in the rear of the garage, aim reticle at roof, jump. From lower roof, aim reticle at higher roof, jump. The easier way is to go upstairs, inside, to the hole in the roof, jump on the middle beam, jump onto roof.
Greenhouse; climb slanted windows, jump up top. From here, you can snipe the house, fall onto crossbeams, fall onto the white tank (either inside or outside). Also, from the low slanted glass, jump onto the retaining wall between the house and waterfall. Run down to the other end and jump into a clump of trees.
Small shed to the left of the house (looking at the front). Climb the small wall, climb the taller bush, jump onto roof.
Boathouse; Look for the chairs and boxes on the one side, climb the chair, climb the boxes (roof is low, stay slightly out from under it), jump onto wooden post, turn around and jump onto the roof.
