Cheat:
Two people required for this. Also, have a tomahawk and tactical insertion.

Go by A on Domination, to the tipped over fridge. Have one person stand around the corner but able to see the guy.

The barrels and the wooden ladder should be about 1 foot in front of you.

One guy gets to run and knife at the wooden ladder, then cancel with throwing knife and get on the ledge.

Put down the tac and get the other guy up there.

It's a very good Infected spot.
