First, read 'Mystery Box Easy Extra Guns With More People' on this page as that is very easy to do on SSN.
Shi No Numa specific cheat: Repeatedly open the ? box until it moves to one of the 4 huts in the swamp. You can do this cheat at any of the 4 huts, but the Fishing Hut and Doctor's Quarters are the easiest. Once the ? box is at one of the huts, open it, (make sure that it is not the Molotov), buy the perk and grab the gun from the box before you finish drinking the perk. If done correctly, it will have added a new gun slot as well as having given you that gun.
Comm(unications) Room and Storage: These 2 are done the same, but with finesse; open the ? box, run to the perk machine (wait to see if it is the Molotov), stand as far from the perk machine/as close to the box as you can while still having the screen say 'Hold X to buy perk'. Hit X and start moving to the box immediately, before the game even starts to show the perk buying/drinking animation. This will cut the time between buying the perk and grabbing the gun.
I have personally done it at all 4 huts, so don't believe those who say it can't be done. I also believe that the game uses your last guns' movement speed before you buy the perk, so try to have a gun with high-mobility in your hands when you buy a perk (you risk losing this gun if you don't get the perk-to-?-box timing down though).
