Cheat:
You need 2 players for this, kill player 1 and have player 2 pick up their body.
Have player 1 ready to respawn but don't just yet, have player 2 say when to respawn because player 2 is going to throw the body of player 1.
Have player 1 respawn as far away as possible... the achievement should show up for player 2. It can be done anywhere with anyone.
