Cheat:
Kill all of the Shang bosses, then get the littlest car you can find.
Then, drive the car into the tall building opposite to the Shang's tower, enter the elevator in your car and activate it.
Make sure you are in the car, and before the elevator reaches the top, you'll unlock the Driving High Achievement.
