Cheat:
Estus Flask Shards are hidden across the world.

Shard #1 – There is an Estus Shard in Majula’s well. Knock the rock into the well to make the shard surface.
Shard #2 – Defeat the Last Giant and take the Soldier’s key. Go to the Cardinal Tower forest bonfire and unlock the upstairs door. Beyond the door, open a chest to find the shard.
Shard #3 – Go toward the ship in No-man’s Wharf, and you will pass a house built into the wall before you reach the dock. Go inside and defeat the two bandits, but be careful not to break the vases, as they are filled with poison. Once the bandits are defeated, open the chest to get the shard.
Shard #4 – Beyond the Holding Cells in Lost Bastille, you will go outside and encounter dogs and an enemy wielding a pole arm. Nearby, there is a broken wall you can go behind to reach a chest, which contains the shard.
