Cheat:
Use the following materials to upgrade your weapons at the Blacksmith’s shop.

Titanite Shard
Effect: Ascends un-upgraded weapons to +3
Locations:
One is in the house of the Armor Salesman in Majula.
Three are on the second floor of the Manor in Majula.
Two are dropped by lizards in a room near the elevator around the first boss.
One is in a chest near the start of No-man’s Wharf.
Green Ogres drop them in The Mines.

Large Titanite
Effect: Ascends weapons from +3 to +6
Locations:
Many are in chests in The Lost Bastille and The Mines.
Dwarfs drop them in Gyrm’s Respite.

Titanite Chunk
Effect: Ascends weapons from +6 to +9
Locations:
High-level locations contain chests with them in.

Titanite Slab
Effect: Ascends weapons to +10
Locations:
One is in a chest by the Shaded Ruins bonfire.
One is in a chest near Patey the Mild-Mannered in The Forest of Fallen Giants.

Petrified Dragonbone
Effect: Upgrades Boss Soul weapons
Locations:
One is in a chest by the Shaded Ruins bonfire.
Giant Basilisks and mini-bosses drop them.

Twinkling Titanite
Effect: Upgrades weapons that can’t be upgraded otherwise
Locations:
They are found in high-level locations and dropped by gem lizards.
