Start a new game and for 2 hours real life (24 hours game time) hang around the entrance plaza before the zombies break in.
You will have unlocked indoorsman, then continue to the security room and save your game.
Shut down your console and start it up again, load the file you just made, and you will get a message saying you've unlocked the indoorsman achievement, simple but effective.
