First go to the gun shop and kill the owner, or wait wait till the third day, and get about 3 sniper rifles and some food "just in case".
Go to the part of the park where the benches are and the flowers and use the skill zombie ride right in front of one of the white things.
Then press A as soon as you get on the zombie and you should grab the edge of the white thing and pull up.
