1. Clear your system cache by going to system settings memory, then press Y on your hardrive on system cache (note this will delete all your game updates!).
2. Open FIFA 11 and don't download the update.
3. Go to team management transfers and then put every player you want on free agents.
4. Make a new career mode as a manager.
5. Put your budget to 0:100 and recall some from loan, then go back to budget and put it 40:60.
6. Go on free agents and sign everyone you put on extra (some players won't go to your club depending on the league of the club).
7. Then go to settings and save and enjoy everyone you wanted in your team for free!
