Go to transfers, select buy players, select the player you want, then select loan: bonus - whatever you want, loan length - any (but I prefer full season future fee).

Press the Y button and change all the numbers to 999,999,900.

Then press Y again and push the left analog stick to the right so it goes to 1,000,000,000, then push Y again. Then put that to 9,999,999,900.

Then just start playing matches until that club gets in touch with you.
