Cheat:
First you to have physical level 1, then you want to earn about 10,000 gold, I personally think that the bar tending job is the easiest but you don't have do do that.

Secondly, once you have the 10g's go to bowerstone and head towards the cemetery which is next to the black smith.

Put it this way, if you stand under the statue (or clock) in the middle of the town and turn and face the blacksmith you will see a road heading toward the cemetery, before you go through the cemetery, stop do a 180 degree turn and on the right you will see a house be the second house on the right.

Go up stairs and sleep for 6 hours, once you wake you will see a message on the screen saying sleeping here increased your physical or something like that, then pause and go to the abilities screen and go to strength and sell your physical ability.

You should notice that you got experience without losing the ability, keep doing this as many times as you like.
