Cheat:
Go to the national guard depot, then take the hill to the left to get onto the cliff sheltering the depot.

Then you should come across a camp with hunters in it, kill them.

There should be one wearing a deathclaw glove, scavenge his body for caps keep clicking it as much as you like for all the money you want.

Remember you must be at least a level 15 and you may have to reset the Xbox after, but you still get the caps.
