Cheat:
This tip can be aquired when you find a ghoul name Mr Crowley. He will convince you to murder people involved with a mercenary job that went wrong and asks you to take their "Special Keys". This Quest will be called "Gotta Shoot Them In The Head".

Requires:
75 - 100 Lockpicking Skill
75 - 100 Computer Skill
50-100 Speech & Barter (optional)

When you ask around about Mr. Crowley in the ghoul city - "Underworld" you'll find out he's been trying to get everyone to search for these keys and kill the people holding them. Then you'll figure out that those keys open the locked doors of Fort Constantine and the Bomb Shelter on the ridge (to save you time). Find each contract kill and take the keys and give them to Crowley for safe keeping and collect all the caps including the option of extorting him for more for trying to keep you out of the loop about the Fort and rumors of the Armory.

From there, hold on to the last key and kill Crowley and take those keys to the Fort to the North by Raven Rock across the dry river bed in the mountains.

Enter the complex of Fort Constantine and go into the CO Headquarters and kill the RoboBrain waiting for you inside. Inside you'll find a bobblehead and some misc. goods. In the basement you can use one of the keys from Crowley and keep going down further into the Fort underground until you reach rock bottom and your standing in a room with three to four doors. These doors need to be unlocked using your 75-100 lockpicking or computer hacking skills to get the assualt rifles ammo, food, etc. from both rooms. Inside the door where you find a raider with an ACTUAL name, take the key she has and that will unlock the door leading to the T-51b and a Fatman with additional ammo.

This Ttip has been proven to work and a word of caution - be at least a 15 level to attempt this or the Sentry bots and RoboBrains will destroy you.
