Start Legacy and win the Amateur tourney.
After you win the fight, a message pops up saying you have +5 power, +5 heart and +5 cuts.
Just press A like you normally would and it will take you to the Fight totals screen.
Once you are here press B and it will take you back to the message saying you have +5 power, etc.
Repeat until these stats are maxed out!
