Cheat:
Effect: use camo with Master Chief like Arbirter.
This skull is found in Delta Halo on the legendary difficulty.
Get to the part where the Covenant control the ruins, where you first get weapons in pods.
When you get there to the left there is a door with a block covering it.
Jump on it then jump to the ledge above. You need at least 2 grenades. G
Grenade jump to the next ledge then again.
The skull is between 2 elites shaking their head.There are also 2 swords in the room under it...
