Cheat:
On Uplift Reserve you have to flip a Warthog. However before you do this give a soldier your spartan laser and then flip the hog.

Get in and if he's not dead he should get in the passenger side.

Then drive to the Wraith and drive in circles around it with the guy facing the Wraith - he should kill it.
