Cheat:
Build 4 supply bases and 2 reactors.
If you are worried about the protection of your base, then build 4 turrets before your warhogs.
Anyway once you have enough supplies, upgrade the reactors and warhogs.
Get 8 of them and that should be enough to take down a base, you might even take down 2 bases if you play it right.
