Cheat:
This glitch is a little complex. In order to do it you must have another player with you, or if you have two controllers, you can do this by your self.
This glitch lets you use the boat on land in NewTown.
First unlock all the bonuses and unlock NewTown. You can do so by unlocking gold bricks.
First, the boat needs to be in the water, facing and touching the left side where you can jump out of the water.
After that, there is a vehicle all the way at the back left corner of NewTown. Drive the vehicle into the water.
After you are in the water, drive onto the boat.
Notice that when you hover over the boat, the boat hovers too.
After that, drive the boat out of the water and onto the floor.
You can now drive the boat and still have the vehicle.
