This is not a button combo, nor achievement. There is no precision either.
You just need alot of Fuel, Nuclear Bunker Buster, MOAB, and invincibility. I can't stress enough do not use this with many civilian's around, as Jen says they're expensive.
So go to a VZ controlled area. Use either Nuke or MOAB, then immediately switch to the other and use it. If done right, Misha and the other bomber will confirm and drop the bombs.
Once complete it'll be like Heaven and Hell teamed up for a brief moment. Hence the name: Hell's Wrath, Heaven's Fury.
For a benefit attack, join General Peng and the Chinese instead of the Allies and Joyce, then once Salano is dead go to Maracibo, and do the same thing.
Then watch the money rake in. You'll even get a bonus for any billboards around.
