Cheat:
You need any block, a minecart and chest, and one rail.

First, you build up 2 blocks and take out the bottom block, put a rail underneath and then the minecart, then put a block on each side (like a pyramid with no corners).

After you cannot see the chest, look at one of the corners (note not all the corners will work) almost perfectly at the corners, click B and boom, its open.

PS this works in creative and survival.

PPS the only con about this is it can be frustrating to open. >:/
