In the "Office of the Mayor" (as stated on the whiteboard that you find on the walls of the office) right there on the Mayor's desk, is a Vault Boy bobblehead from Fallout 3. The bobblehead is worth $150 if you sell it - so make sure you pick it up! As set out in the description of the item, it is a "very rare promotional Vault-Tec item".
