Cheat:
Go up stairs and tell your team to hold. Go to the very top and throw a grenade.

Then quickly run down the stairs and on the far side kill the long shot. On the other side of the walk way on the far side, a fast roper goes down.

Keep firing at him as much as you can in mid air. It may take a couple times but he will eventually get stuck in mid air helplessly.
