Cheat:
Start CQB training on terrorist hunt and kill the terrorist in the last room on your right, once you do this go up the ladder and fire your gun a couple of times and hide just behind the ladder on the little ledge (it's a glitch).

Wait for them to come up the ladder then shoot them in the back.

Make sure it's on realistic and enemy density is on high.
