Cheat:
Start the third level of this game and when you do you will spawn with some trucks and a shiny case.
Turn completely around and go behind the crate to the left.
You will find a ladder. Go up the ladder to the top of the crate, and keep going.
Eventually you will see "press X to jump". Ahead will be a chest and if you open it their is 1,000 dollars in there.
Go to start, quit, hit OK and then save your game. You can then repeat this!
