Easy LOW Kills cheat for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City on Xbox 360
Cheat:
First get a shotgun, any shotgun or the heavy machine gun and enter the game.
When you encounter them dodge their attacks.
From there shoot them untll they start to scream then shoot them in the head.
You can also do this with the flamethrower, but you have to have an ammo box if you want to destroy multiple LOWs.
