Cheat:
You need Co-op for this.

First go to the Stronghold in Amberbrook at the museum district.

When you have found it start the mission. Then 1 player has to kill all of the Ronin and the other player has to stand by Cycles, that's just up the road.

Then when the Ronin Tornado spawns you will have 3 seconds to try and get in it. When you're in it tell your co-op player you have it and he will press down twice and after that he should press B to exit the mission.

You then have the Ronin Tornado to store at your garage.
