Cheat:
Go to the Aberdeen Street fight - but don't fight!
Instead look around for a bunch of crates that you can jump on. They should be stacked 2, 3, 4.
Jump on to the stack of 2 then run up the wall and jump off.
You will land on an invisible ledge.
