Cheat:
After you have got the slingshot upgrade, go to the top of the Daily Bugle and you will notice 2 small smoke stacks.
Stand in between them and press X, then repeatedly pull back the left trigger, you will fly across the city.
As you sink towards the swamp, getting low enough to the buildings, Repeatedly tap the Right Trigger and A consecutively.
