Cheat:
To get the MP/HP regeneration tiles just take all the enemy's HP without anyone else hitting them.
To get the green tiles get into a fight were you get ambushed and let your team kill the enemy.
To get the yellow and blue tiles, I'm not sure yet, but I think it's to do with multikills...
