Cheat:
Go to the bottom of the island, slightly to the right of your first house where the island starts to curve upward.
It says you need to go 170 mph in heavy traffic, but what you don't know is you start going the wrong way on a one way road!
All you need to do is go across the shrubery and go to the other side of the road.
I recommend doing this in a fast car.
