Cheat:
When you reach the Western Shrub-Steppes in the Mountain States area, drive up to the boundary of the Mojave Desert. Just northwest of the Speed Skill 91 challenge, you’ll find a military base with a silver flying saucer behind a fence. This is a reference to Area 51.
