Cheat:
You must be able to download content off of 360 marketplace.
Download the Battlehorn Castle pack.
Load your Oblivion file or start new.
Find the castle on your map, go there, kill the marauders, talk to man-at-arms, you'll receive a letter, not important.
After all that, enter the castle and go to the basement and find the training area, find a liitle side room with the bow and arrows, and target, walk behind the taget and activate the candlebera to your right, a secret passage opens. Go down there and walk through the door.
I recommend having at least the starlight spell active, much more efficient than a torch.
Kill the skeleton to your left, then kill the ghosty dude that comes up the stairs.
Be careful, try to avoid his shock spell the best you can, or if you have a lot of potions and health to spare, jump at him and let the spell hit you, it sent me flying across the room into the water.
Sorry I digress, anyways, kill both then loot the corpses.
Skeleton dude has the Dragonsword of Lainlyn, and the ghosty dude has a staff enchanted with some sort of shock spell.
Both items are leveled just like nearly everything else in the game.
Also in the water there is a locked chest that has, of course, leveled loot that should have a ring also.
