When you first start the game, create a new class and put non-spell skills that you can level manually.
So, have any type from the first choices. Then put alteration, destruction, conjoration, mysticism, illusion, and restoration.
However, that is only 6, so choose any other one (this is with Baurus) but with the Emperor be a Mage and a Breton.
The rest can be leveled manually.
