Cheat:
Go to Leyawiin, then head north, until you reach a settlement called 'Water's Edge'.
Head a little bit northwest until you reach a cave called Rockmilk Cave.
Go in and sneak.
The bandits will kill one another, but if you want to kill them, do so. They will have Mithril, Elven, Ebony or Orcish armor.
The 'black bow leader' will have the glass armor.
Note: You MUST be level 15-20 and also have a high encumbrance to get them all.
