Silver Short Sword at Beginning cheat for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on Xbox 360
Cheat:
When the emperor wants to speak with you just before he dies, attack from a distance with a spell (or bow) and then when he starts attacking you surrender fast.
Speak to him right after you surrender and he should still have his silver short sword out.
So talk to him, then when you're done the assassin will kill him.
Then you should see that the emperor dropped the sword and it's not in his inventory.
Simply pick it up and there you go!
