Cheat:
Download Deepscorn Hollow and Topal Bay.
Go to the Topal Bay place and go inside.
Clear out the skeletons and the captain, then buy all the upgrades for it.
Go back to Topal Bay and go inside.
Find any one of your crew members (except the ones which can go on excursions) then set the difficulty to the hardest setting.
Go in to sneak and tap A so you are in the pickpocket menu.
Then tap B and keep tapping A then B, watch tv or something because it can take a while.
After about 5 to 10 minutes your sneak skill will be at 100.

Also in Topal Bay is a chest named the training chest, it has a hard picklock level.
If you have the skeleton key use that as it will help a bit, just activate the chest and keep picking the lock.
If you have the skeleton key just keep tapping X to auto attempt.
This chest can never be broken in to but it will get your security skill up in no time.

Go to the Vile Lair and purchase all the upgrades, find the deepscorn prisoner and just keep on attacking him with blunt or blade weapons.
Un-enchanted ones are best because if you use an enchanted one you will make the prisoner stand up! Also set the difficulty on hardest to go up quicker.

On one of my characters I used this and now my blade, security and sneak skill are 100 and if you have these as your major skills you will go up quickly. I am now level 34 and I also have a character which is level 21 in about 2 hours of gameplay because I did this.
