Cheat:
You will need to start the first quest of the Shield Brothers, no further than that. That will allow you to talk to him and level up your something.

Skip this paragraph if you already know how to get under the Skyforge...

When you first walk into whiterun, you must walk to the right, there will be a barrel the this small entrance. Jump on the barrell, turn to the right, and you will be able to jump out. It may take a few trys to jump out the small space, but it will work. Then when you make it out and follow it to the left all the way around the castle until you see the eagle above the Skyforge. Once you see it, keep going until there is a sort of end to the rocks. Then jump on the end of the rock closest to the castle and there will be another behind it you can walk through. Then you will see a chest. Then you will have made it to the right place.

Take all the loot from the chest and then walk toward the grindstone until you are under it. Then wait until Eorlund has started to use the grind stone (press the back button on the controller and wait every 4 hours). Once Eorlund has started to use the grindstone, jump towards him and you will get to talk through the floor. Ask him to level up your something and sell him all the stuff in the chest to get it back. It will be enough XP to level you up all the way to 90 if you keep repeating this process.
