Cheat:
So what you have to do is kinda long, but completely worth it!

First, you need an Alchemy table and Enchanting table. Have the ingriedients for Fortify Restoration and Fortify Enachanting potions. You'll also need a helmet, a necklace, a pair of gauntlets, two rings, and a Fortify Alchemy enchantment.

Enchant all the armor with Grand Souls (in black or grand gems, including necklace and all rings but one )with the Fortify alchemy.

Now go to the Alchemy table and make a Fortify Restoration potion. Exit the table and take of all the armor, drink the Fortify Restoration potion, then put all the armor back on.

Repeat until the strength is millions of percent (if done to far they will be negative - don't drink those they crash the game).

Once you're satisfied with the strength make the next potion, Fortify Enchanting.
Drink the enchanting potion, then go enchant the 2nd ring with Fortify Alchemy. Put on the ring. Go buy from any Apothecary (only if you don't already have a Giant's Toe and Wheat - you need 10-15 of each, but it doesn't matter).

Now while wearing all the Fortify Alchemy and new ring make some potions with Giant's Toe and Wheat. They sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars( which no merchant actually has).

Sell one to any one and it will increase your speech to 100.

Then get the invest perk and invest 500 in the Riverwood Trader, go outside and wait 24 hours. When you go back in he will have 10,000 gold. Sell him another potion and then repeat as needed. In ten minutes I got 100,000 gold.
