Cheat:
To easily get the “Bloody Bar Brawl” achievement, play Chapter 2. After you pass the zombie hitting the door, go uphill to the campfire. Pick up a bottle and throw it at the zombie there, making sure to hit his head. While he is stunned, approach him for a sneak kill.
