Skinnier, Fatter, Stronger or Weaker cheat for The Sims 3 on Xbox 360
Cheat:
This is a very simple "cheat".
To do this you must have cheats enabled (on this site is the cheat) and add money by pressing the Magic Llama and clicking $5000 dollars for a while and then unlock challenge rewards (also on the Magic Llama).
Once completed go to the catalogue and under electronics-miscellaneous you can buy the body changer.
Place it in your home and tap on it for the options to make your Sim skinnier, fatter, stronger, or weaker. You can also change the strength of the machine.
PS: you can do this without cheats, but it would require tons of money and completing the challenge to unlock it.
